Better than Panera's, better than Olive Garden. We had the Chicken Alfredo in a bread bowl, Philly Steak and Cheese sandwich, Cinnamon Twists and a pizza. We couldn't even look at the pizza. The Chicken Alfredo in a bread bowl...OUT OF THIS WORLD! No kidding. Best I ever had. Domino's Rocks.Outstanding service, too. The nicest delivery guy ever. Easy website to navigate and update, just a doggone good experience. The only pizza place for my family. Papa Who?? Pizza What??? LOL! Amazing.
09/16/17 The pizza tracker is a joke at this location. My order arrived 25 minutes after the tracker said it had arrived (a few minutes after I called to check on it.) The deep dish crust was barely cooked, the wings were undercooked and slimey. The only edible item were the cookie/browines. The delivery person was very polite. I want a refund.
I usually go to this Dominos location because its close to work and most of the time I have great service. The past 2 times ive used this location, I have been super disappointed. Today I ordered a pizza because they were running a 50% sale on menu price pizzas. The pizza tracker said at 10:58 my pizza was "double checked for perfection" ONE HOUR LATER it was "out for delivery" when online it says deliverly is usually 20-30 minutes. When I received my pizza, it was cold and burnt. And didnt get the extra cheese I ordered AND PAID FOR. Due to me starving I didnt send the pizza back. Which is similar to what happened to me last time I ordered pizza here. But I will never use this dominos location again. Not worth the wait or money. I will go out of my way to get better service. Oh and I had to cut my pizza myself because they didn't even cut the pizza all the way through. Don't waste your money.
As a former Dominos emplyee this was a very unpleasant experience for a Dominos franchise. We placed and order and showed up to pick up as requested within twenty minutes. Unfortunately their computer was down and they had no idea about our order (although they gave us a total price and time to arrive at the store). They undercooked the pizza and warmed the precooked wings and sent us on our way. This is one of the most inconsistent Dominos in Birmingham. Even if you are not trained to properly cook a pizza please at least put the garlic sauce on my crust and include a ranch with my wing order.
WORST PLACE EVER!!! Please never order any pizza here!!! I ordered online and waited for an hour. Tracker said it was delivered but never received anything, so I called the store and one of the employees answered and stated "oh sorry we don't deliver at that location after a certain hour, I forgot to call you to tell you" with an attitude. Really after an hour........ I just have no words!! This is my first review I have ever written for a restaurant, that's how bad it was.
