My new dress was ruined in the cleaning process. Tim, the owner, refused to take responsibility stating that I brought it in stained (which is NOT true) and that he would not “buy the dress.”
DO NOT TAKE YOUR CLOTHES TO THIS CLEANER.
BIG MISTAKE. HUGE.
I used them for a wash and gold service. When I dropped off my clothes I was quoted $3/lb for 20 lbs. When I picked up my clothing I was told it would be $102! I explained what I had been initially told and they reweighed my bag and told me it would be $96. $96! I was so upset but it was either pay it leave my clothing. I will NEVER use them again and I suggest that you steer clear as well.
For the most part Aladdin Cleaners has been great and definitely reasonably priced.
Dry cleaning services are great and affordable. I also use them for alterations and the lady knows what she's doing because they're always done right.

I had a brand new white dress with red cherries. I loved my new dress. I wore it once to a wedding. After reading the cleaning label I decided to have it professionally cleaned instead of hand washing it because I loved it so much.
I am a 34 year old physician. I do not bring in stained dresses for dry cleaning and try to trick the business into buying me a new dress.
Occasionally I will have some white shirts that come back with spots on them, but they immediately take them and redo them at no cost.
