My motor mounts were warn out , and were causing a noise under the hood. They replaced them, but that created another issue of my entire car vibrating due to a bad mount. They took it upon themselves to fix the issue created by the bad mount which was no fault of their own. I would highly recommend them. They take care of their customers.
Aamco goes above and beyond in not only their dedication to repair work but also with helping the community. Embarrassingly I forgot my bank card one day and barely had the nerves to ask a manager for a little bit of oil so my car wouldn't burn up. Robert (manager) threw a few quarts in it without even thinking twice. You can tell that it's a sincere car repair shop with sincere employees. 5 stars!
I still don't have a review as for their abilities as far as car repair, because I still don't have my vehicle back. However, I can say that their customer service is severely lacking. They are rude, and unprofessional. If you're told a timeframe, they should stick to it unless there is a reason it can't be done in that timeframe. And then when you call to inquire just how much longer it will be past the stated deadline. They are rude and unhelpful.
